They say the way to the heart is through the stomach, and we all know it. So how better to celebrate Valentine's Day than with delicious Valentine's cookies made with love? We've got you covered!

  • 200 grams of flour
  • 75 grams of sugar
  • 5 grams sifted strawberry powder
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 125 grams of butter
  • 1 tablespoon cold water

Put the flour, sugar, and strawberry powder in a bowl. Add the butter in chunks, along with the egg yolk. Mix until crumbly. Add the tablespoon of cold water and knead the dough with your hands until it forms a firm ball. If the ball is too dry, add a little more water. If the ball is too sticky, you can add a little more flour. Wrap the dough in a piece of plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for half an hour. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.

After about half an hour, you can take the dough out of the refrigerator. Flour a work surface and roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Cut out the desired shapes with a cookie cutter or use your creativity. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake them for 15 minutes until done. Decorate the cookies with melted chocolate, icing, or some fresh fruit powder. Make a beautiful picture of them and enjoy these delicious Valentine's cookies with your loved ones!
